Oct 10, 7pm: Climate 301 (Richmond Hill)

Summarizing the kind of options available to government in dealing with carbon emissions reduction legislation: including subsidizing, incentivizing, emissions regulations, and carbon pricing. With all the talk about carbon pricing being part of the solution to climate change, and possibly affecting voter decisions in the Canadian Federal Election of 2019, this topic will be a “must-include!” part of the discussion.

Discussion will be based on the excellent book, ”Designing Climate Solutions”, by Hal Harvey, but expert presenters and panelists will be part of the Question and Answer to follow.

When: Thu Oct 10, 7-8pm
