Liz Couture is the lead organizer for DRAWDOWN Richmond Hill, a citizens’ group looking for local solutions to drawing down carbon emissions in our daily activities. Inspired by the book of the same name, and the activists in DRAWDOWN Toronto, Citizens’ Climate Lobby, and several upstart groups in York Region, Liz is happy to share stories and collaborate with like-minded people who want to be a part of the solution. So, there ARE solutions, and many of them are expertly mapped, modelled, and measured in DRAWDOWN - The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming.
